Calculated Nutritional Breakdown

What does 'Calculated

Nutritional Breakdown' Mean?

When working with whole foods it is not possible to guarantee the analysis in every single batch. This is because raw ingredients vary slightly in nutritional content depending on many factors including the season, the breed and way the meat has been raised.

These nutritional analyses are produced using nutritional calculations based on available average nutritional content of each ingredient that is included.

We keep our ingredients and processes as consistent as possible to reduce variation between batches. This includes sourcing our ingredients in the same way whenever we can (much of our meat is produced here on our own farm!), and using the same cuts when we make our 'mince' so that we keep factors like fat content and amino acid profiles as consistent as possible.
